Returns at Hypekicks AB
You have 14 days to return your order from the date you receive it.
To register a return:

We will send you a return label and clear instructions.
Return fee within Sweden
A return fee of SEK 90 will be added and deducted from the refund, unless otherwise stated.
Return fee within the EU & Outside the EU

Customers within the EU and outside the EU are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return label. Always use a trackable shipping service.
Important for customers outside the EU: Please mark the return as "Return – product" and enter a value of 0 to avoid unnecessary customs fees.
Important when returning shoes
In order for us to approve your return, the following conditions must be met:

The shoes may only have been tried on indoors.

There must be no traces of use.

The shoes must be returned in the original box and outer packaging.

The shoebox may not be taped, glued or used as a shipping box.
If the shoes are returned in used condition or without original packaging, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
Processing time
Once we have received and approved the return, a refund will be made within 2–4 business days to the same payment method used for the purchase.
